ROCHESTER STONERIDGE

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!! Ordered a couch over 8 weeks ago and was told it was going to arrive the first week of March! still nothing and today is the 18th of March... The store was Stoneridge Rochester and the people have not been helpful whatsoever!! We were promised the couch the first week of March then there was an excuse that they couldn't deliver again, then we were promised it on the 15th of March and nothing AGAIN! We were then promised it Saturday the 16th and then again, today Monday the 18th of March but obviously they called and canceled that there was a problem again and again.

WILL NEVER EVER purchase anything at any Rochester store ever again and i will be sure to spread the word, especially about the Stoneridge branch! extremely disappointed!
