Rochester stole my money

I purchased a coach from Rochester Centurion mall in June on a layby and i have WhatsApp messages from the salesman clearly stating that it must be on layby for 6 months which Sonnyboy Obvious agreed to do The salesman Sonnyboy **** that he did it on a layby meantime he processed a normal sales Invoice. I made payment at a different Rochester store and i called Sonnyboy asking him as to why the Invoice isn't stating an layby and he assured me that its correct and i then told him to email me ad proof that this coach is under layby, he promised he will email me which i waited for 2 weeks and still haven't received any email from him.

When i called the store i was surprised to me told that this coach is an end of range item and there's only 7 left. It wasn't done on layby since it's end of range item it's not possible to layby.

Spoken to the manager who was so unhelpful and failed to understand me.

Then i demanded to speak to the area manager since i felt it was going no wear.

Marius was shocked ad he didn't know about this matter. I have sent him all WhatsApp messages from Sonnyboy with the agreement of a layby.

He told me there's no way he can guarantee i get a new coach since there was just 3 left. I need to make full payment immediately if i wanted the coach or he will give me a refund.

I borrowed the money and paid in full. They delivered a demo coach with oil stains, marks on the coach and the fabric was even damaged.

I taken pictures and sent to Marius. He decided that if i kept the coach he would refund me R1500 back since it isn't a brand new coach and its a demo show room item with lots of damage.

He agree that refund will take 7 working days. It currently over 2 weeks and still no refund received.

When i messaged Marius he now says he will refer me back to the store for the manager and salesman Sonnyboy to sort out . This is utterly ridiculous service. How can a salesman lie and agree to do a layby without letting me know its a end of range item which isn't possible to layby.

I am unhappy with this and want this matter to be sorted out ASAP by someone capable since both Bongi the store manager, Sonnyboy the salesman and Marius the area manager of Rochester as failed to solve.
