Rochester stole my money

I purchased a lounge suite on the 3rd of June 2017 and we were advised there will be a 6 weeks waiting period for delivery. Amid is such a bad sales rep that if I do not call the office he will never call me back,

A couple of weeks ago when I complained to Amids manager he promised he will sort it out and even offered a R1500 discount (voucher) and that too has not materialised.

This goes without saying that I'm very irritated and disappointed by the lack of service I have received especially after paying cash for my lounge suite. If this is how you treat your customers or rather cheat your customers you Rochester are a bunch of *********.

I want my lounge suite which I paid for and can someone call me instead of me having to call you all the time and still not get any joy but empty promises.
