Rochester stay away!!!

We have been struggling with our couches since Feb.

We bought new Couches in December 2023. On special for R30K you would think it would last. It did intact not!

The first time it broke 2 seats and then they came to fetch it. The second time we sat on it it broke again!

They came to fetch it again. And guess what it broke again. They said it is a factory default and they would give a new couches but now they want to say that they can't exchange because it dirty. Offcourse it would be dirty with being transport every second week to their wearhouse.

We wanted to clean it but we knew that then they would have a story that if we got people to clean it they would say it something they did.

Now they have one piece of our 3 piece couches and we don't hear back from them.

Pathetic!!!
