Rochester staff are incapable of generating an invoice

Today I visited the Polokwane branch to buy two occasional chairs. I had been in the day before and spoke to the manager about it. I purchased 2 chairs. However, even though there were 4 people behind the counter and about 6 more staff reclining on sofas around the counter they could not generate an invoice. They kept me waiting for so long that I eventually ordered and paid for the chairs online and left the shop. The service is dismal. I will wait for 2-5 days and pay the extra R400 to have it delivered but won't visit that store again.
