Rochester shop pmb manager Shalin very rude and disrespectful to customers.
Rochester pmb I have had bad experience with this shop. The don't care about their customers. The shop manager Shalin is very rude. We bought a furniture from the shop and it was delivered damaged.
First it was it was delivered 12h00 @ night it was wet and damaged. We reported that to the sales person Andile nothing wa done for more two weeks. We escalated to the shop manager by the name of Shalin but she is very disrespectful, does not care about customers nor listen when you talking as well as very rude. Till today our issue is not resolved.
