Rochester service is a nightmare.... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EVER

Rochester Home Decor is nothing but a ****. I purchased some items on the 25th of May and to this day I still haven't received my order yet. I've sent numerous email and no one ever rep**** to any of them. Yesterday I used their lie chat to follow up on my order an i got told that my refund was processed on the 19 June and it'll take 10 to 15 working days for it to reflect on my account which I never requested by the way. I 'm expecting to get my order delivered and they just decided to refund my money without even talking to me first. This morning someone commented bad about their service on the Facebook post and I added a bad comment about their service on their post too and guess what? Rochester decided to just remove our comments on their post. Clearly these people are not even prepared to improve their service. Their service is really, really terrible. I actually think this store is running some sort of a ****. All the do is advertise that you can purchase items online and once you make a payment, you don't get the items that you purchase and you don't get your money back as well.
