Rochester Rochester Rochester Boksburg

Rochester Rochester Rochester...decided to go in this shop because I thought what they have is more quality since their prices are much more expensive then regular shop mmm,ooh no I was fooling myself bcos from collecting couch we had to wait 3 hours to b assisted and to my surprised I'm now sitting with a torn cough which is less then 3 months and I have went to Rochester Boksburg and was told I would receive a call for further communication and I event call their customer service and have not heard a word from them.I have been trying but with no luck an now I'm using a torn couch that the company didn't not stitch well as if it's my fault.Pls can I get help and I'm only warning people about this company and only today my mother is telling me she also had the worse experience with them
