Rochester refusing to give me my refund after failing to deliver the coushes I bought.

Horrific experience. I bought L shape couches at Rochester on 18th January 2023.I waited for the couches for for 2 weeks and I paid R695 for delivery and told me I will get them in 3days. On the 5th of February I asked for my refund since well they are refusing to deliver. Even today 17 February I haven't received my refund they are telling me. I have submitted everything they have asked for. I HATE ROCHESTER.
