Rochester Refund

I bought a study table from Rochester Wonderpark and they told me they were currently out of stock, then I waited for a month for the table and ended buying one somewhere else. So I told the consultant I would like to be refunded but suddenly the table was scheduled for delivery to my residence. I sent the delivery guys back with the table and told them I had app**** for a refund. Now I called the store I bought the table from and was told Rochester is refusing to refund me.
