Rochester refund

I ended up receiving my refund but after a whole lot of fighting with the store people, I am really not happy with the treatment I received for my first big purchase at Rochester and to think that I went and bought a product from them I just made a double purchase I just needed refund for one product.... I would never recommend online purchase!!
