Rochester quality

Issues with getting a account with Rochester. Eventually when the account was a approved we received delivery on 20 Dec 2023. It got delivered and the salesman phoned to ask if we are happy about it everything was perfect.

Keep in mind that the couches was on special for R30000. We would expect good quality couches with good aftersales.

One of the couches broke on the 26 Feb 2024 on 27 Feb 2024 reported that one of the couches broked and received a ticket of a repair that was logged. Up till today no call or communication regarding the ticket and yet another seat broke I don't know what the issue is and what the excuse will be. But it seems like a quality.
