Rochester ****py customer service- Horrible!!!
I have just woken up with another message from the resolution centre, telling me to go to the shop for my query. The same resolution centre that i was sent to by the shop. Rochester is horrible. I have tears in my eyes. They only happy to take money when you are buying. But after that they no longer regard you as a customer. All i need is an exchange of the big furniture that i bought for a smaller suit. Thats all. Am not even asking for a refund. So disappointed

Customer Care service gives no joy.I need assistance with logging an exchange or return of goods that were not suitable for purpose. They are still sealed and brand new. The house is smaller than the bedroom furniture purchases. Customer care service is basically non-existant. I started with contact center, they sent me to their shop. I went there and was told to go to head office because they do not handle online shop queries. At head office they gave me a contact number for customer care, the one I had initially tried and no one ever answers. I left 3 messages and none of them were returned. So disappointing given I was even planning to buy more furniture there.
