Rochester promise not executed. Changed last minute after payment was made.

I made a special request to get a certain couch made for me (right side) since at the shop they only had the left sided one. The assistant referee me tot he factory people. I called them and made my request. They said they will make it for me in 8 weeks it will be delivered. I paid for it and now I got a communication that they only make left sided ones.

Now I have 4 weeks wasted due to the inconvenience. Please assist in rectifying this matter.
