Rochester Poor Service

I paid cash for a bed and couch after they promised delivery today. I sold my old furniture based on their word. Now they tell me the bed won’t be delivered, and I have nowhere to sleep. This is completely unacceptable. Rochester’s poor service has left me stranded. Avoid them if you value reliability.
