Rochester poor service

I purchased chairs for them for them to deliver premium quality chairs broken. So Fortunate in their warehouse in port Elizabeth warehouse, told us the chairs are with them but just need to be delivered . It's been four full weeks since my purchase. I'm utterly disgusted by their conduct . I will never buy furniture from them again order number ***
