ROCHESTER POOR SERVICE!!!

First of all I must say I had a great customer experience with the Salesperson (Thokozani) in Rochester (Witbank) when I bought my lounge suite and bed on the 15th of June 2018. The problem started on the 19th when their warehouse delivered a 4pc lounge suite where 1pc had an odd colour. They took everything (including the bed) back with them and told me they'll return on the 20th/21st of which they never did as well, I understood mistakes happened. They came back on 22nd after confirming the delivery on the 21st, they delivered the bed and a 4 unit lounge suite and this time with one badly burnt unit. I insisted that they leave the bed and the other fine piece, they told me they'll leave everything and they come back to change the affected piece. First time it was a mistake and the second time what is it! Today is the 28th after numerous calls to the warehouse and a complaint logged they still haven't exchanged the unit, everytime I call them they say they'll have over the matter to the manager. I am so DISAPPOINTED with ROCHESTER, I really trusted them especially for the high prices of their products I thought the service will be of high standards as well but zero. I even bought the furniture for cash but still experience this terrible service like I owe them. This is really bad! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ROCHESTER EVER AGAIN!!!
