Rochester Poor Quality, and Poor after sales attitude!!!
Purchased a recliner which sometimes flips over backwards, and could injure a person. Rochester`s area manager tells me that they have a 14 day turn around time? I want a different chair, not a repaired chair, if wanted a repaired chair I would have gone to a second hand furniture store!

One would think that an area manager would try and keep in touch with clients whom have complained about Rochester. Vincent I am waiting for you to confirm when my recliner will be picked up?!!!
