Rochester poor customer service

Me and my husband bought a couch at Rochester and we wanted a Grey one that @Rochester wonder park can only find it at the warehouse in jetpark so we opted to go collect it as we stay in pretoria lotus gardens. Yesterday(07/02/2020) my husband went to collect and he was told the system is done he had to wait for 1 and half hour without assistance and left without a couch today 08/02/2020 he went there again called them before he left home and he was told they close at 12h00 he got there before 12 but he was told they closed already he was not assisted. How frustrating is if that u move to your new home and buy a couch only to be given the run around like this.wasted our petrol twice to get this couch that we have paid for at home but found no joy. I'm really angry and disappointed.
