ROCHESTER Poor customer care

Poor customer service from Rochester. It's the second month I'm struggling to get a couch that u bought from them. Managers, area managers and even the customer care centre show no interest in resolving my complaint. If you buy from Rochester expect no care from them when you have a product related problem. I regret making business with them.
