Rochester Polokwane - Warehouse is PATHETIC!!!!

I went to Rochester Mall of the north in Polokwane around the 19th of July 2020. The lady who helped me was very helpful in assisting with credit for me to buy a daybed couch set. I got approved, she said she will have to order the LEFT SIDE FACING couch set and that they will deliver it to me.

After paying the insane delivery fee they charge delivery was arranged for Friday 24 July 2020. I got phoned at 4pm on Friday and was told they were delayed and will deliver the next morning first thing. Next morning comes, they do as they said but they deliver the wrong pieces. They day bed was for a RIGHT SIDE FACING couch and not left. I phoned the branch in Polokwane and they arranged for the wrongly delivered couches to be picked up and that I will receive the correct couches.

Got phoned yesterday, 31 July 2020, by the delivery guys that they are here to deliver my couch. Quickly took off from work to assist them with finding the house, we got there, they delivered the set and guess what??????

THEY MADE THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE!!!!!!!!! How can you not know the difference between left and right???? The guys working at dispatch in Polokwane should honestly be re-evaluated! I was told that I will receive the correct set today, 1 August 2020. It is 11:20am on a Saturday and I have not heard anything from anybody as of yet.

This service is appalling to say the least...
