Rochester please refund my money!

To say I'm disappointed with the service I received from Rochester is an understatement; the only capable person that has served me well before was Sabelo Khumalo. This time around, I ordered a couch on layby from Fourways branch, received my first statement that had details of how to make a payment online and where to send the proof of payment. I followed the instructions given and sent my POP to ***; but from the 4 payments I have paid thus far, only the initial deposit is reflected. I have sent my proof of payments 4 times to the email addresses of Michelle Budde, Nishan Pillay and Phumelele Nkosi...and it feels like all my comms are being sent to MARS.
