Rochester - pathetic service

Purchased a plasma unit from the Cornubia branch on the 22nd December 2020. Sales person said it would be delivered on the 24th December. Unit only got delivered on the 26th December. This was a surprise Christmas present for my wife. Upon unpacking the unit, the unit was damaged. I immediately informed Rochester regarding this and was told my unit will be replaced. Today is the 8th January, I was told the unit would be delivered on theb6th of January. I have called the store, spoken to their customer care call centre and called their Durban distribution warehouse numerous times and still nobody can assist me and tell me whats going on. I will never recommend anybody I know to do business with Rochester, there is really no service to complain about as this is lacking in abundance. Can someone assist me or just refund me my money?!?!?!?!?!?!
