Rochester Parkview bad service

Bought a bedroom suite. It was delivered damaged. They took the whole suite back and would only deliver the next week. On the Monday I cancelled the deal and sent all the required docs to them for a refund. The next week a delivery van came to deliver the cancelled suite. (They don’t know what they are doing). I am still waiting for my refund after I was told 10 - 14 day on 8 February!! Why it has to tak even 10 days is unknown!!! No one called and I had to always phone to find out what the status is. Stephen the manager is just non existent in all this. I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone. I am unable to find head office’s number on internet
