Rochester owed me money!!

I cancelled my order on 1st December for the order made on 26th November because their price dropped R200 each chair soon after my first order. Then after I canceled my first order, I immediately ordered more chairs on the same day. However they said they will refund my cancellation in 7-14 days. However they said they closed for Christmas from 22-26Today is 1st January, I have paid this money to my credit card company but they haven’t refunded me. I have called their call Centre for like 6-7 times but every time they said they could only lodged my complained and I should expect someone to phone me back in 24 hours. Nothing happened! The last two times I phoned was on Monday 4th January then today 6th. I don’t know if I should send my lawyer to send them a letter? This is terrible! I can’t pay for something I never received for twice!!!!!
