Rochester online shopping sucks

So basically rochester's online shopping is just a sham.. I haven't read a single positive post about the online shopping. To make matters worse they don't even respond to customers. I made a lay bye application over a week ago. Received an email saying I must make a payment to finalize my application. Of which I was told after payment I'd get my lay bye contract. And that a lay bye consultant would call me. If they didn't I must call 2 certain numbers. 1 of the numbers you are kept holding forever and the other just rings unanswered. After days of calling one number was answered yesterday. Instead of getting assistance I was instead given another number to call... When I called that number I was given yet another number to call. I'm just being pushed from pillar to post we no help at all.. Mind you the last number I was given puts me through to a different furniture shop... To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Rochester does not value it's customers
