Rochester Online Order

On the 9th of April 2020 I ordered online on the Rochester website two Grey Cardi Small Ottomans to date I have not received my online order. When I went to a Rochester store in Clearwater Mall in Johannesburg, they told me they were unable to help me with online orders. On the 17th of June I made contact with the Rochester Online Credit and Sales Manager whose avoiding my calls and emails till to date.
