I ordered a couch online on 29 October 2024, then shortly thereafter i got a sms with a delivery date of 02/11/2024. I then called in to say i won't be available on the weekend then the re-schedule was for 05/11/2024. Then on the 05/11/2024 i called the customer service on *** i got answered by a rude consultant who said it is still early they will call me an hour before delivery and the order will still be delivered yesterday (05/22/2024) . This morning i called to enquire and i talked to Zodwa who said the order is at the warehouse and has not been processed yet, delivery will take place within 8 weeks. She reiterated that their ETA is 8 weeks and how come do i not know, I have never seen such bad service i dont know what to believe now.
