Rochester not to be trusted with your money

<p>We bought furniture from Rochester, paid in advance and ithe stuff was duly delivered, damaged. The damage wasnt the main reason why we returned the item, it didnt suit our requirements. Having cleared up we could return the goods while forfeiting a substantial delivery charge, they collcted the items on the 22nd October. Since then I have been battling to get a refund despite constant promisesf om Aba from th East Rand branch. Quick to take the money in advance but useless at refunding. Shame on you</p>
