Rochester not an honest company

Earlier this year I bought a couch in Greenstone, amongst with other items.The couch was supposed to be delivered in Kzn. A month & a half later, the couch is still not delivered. I am dealing with lies from Mbulelo, logged several complaints with Customer care & none are attended to,

I call every day but I have realised that I am wasting my time & money by constantly following up.
