Rochester New Market Alberton: Lies about CEO and poor deliver arrangements

Rochester Alberton's service is appalling and the Sales person: Solly Sithole is a pathological ****. He told us that their CEO is going around to all their stores checking systems and he will not be able to justify why our delivery is scheduled for next year. We understood and gave him the 26 Nov for him to schedule the delivery and canceled all the plans we had in order to accommodate them.

Only one part of the delivery arrived and the other part we had to call and find out how far is it, that's when we were told about driver having car issues and so on but sales man told us that in Sunday we will have our delivery. I called them again in Sunday and was told the driver still have car issues he was in the store blah, blah, blah...the sales man told us we should proceed with our plans for the day.

On Monday around 17:45 we call AGAIN to check when to expect the delivery and we were informed maybe tomorrow (Tuesday), I then tell Solly that we are at work no one is around during the day. I propose that they rather bring it on Saturday so that move things around in order.to accommodate them again. Solly said NO your delivery is urgent.

Today 29 November, the driver calls I arrange for the delivery to be around 17:00 because I will be home he agrees. Around 14:15, I call the driver to alert him that I will be home rather earlier than arranged, his response was "No Tomorrow" then I called Solly to find out if the delivery is still happening today. He agrees but I alert him of what had transpired and said he will call me back let him call the driver.

An hours pass by without call back, I called him more stories and that he will escalate and call us back. Another hour pass by I call again he then informs us that they are unable to get hold of drive he did escalate and he will call back. It 19:00 still waiting for their call back since from around 15:00 and was told the delivery is still coming no matter how late it's coming today.

I am annoyed by their empty promises. They got their money and now to HELL with the rest of us.
