I had the absolute worst experience with Rochester, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. First, the delivery was scheduled for the 20th, yet we received phone calls at 4 AM on the 21st for delivery. Who calls customers at that hour?! Then, when the delivery finally happened, they dropped off one piece of the modular lounge suite incorrectly. To top it all off, Yvette from their customer call center was unbelievably rude. She flat-out refused to let me speak to a manager and kept me on hold for an hour! The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking. Rochester shouldn’t be in business—they don’t care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs!
