ROCHESTER MIDRAND DISGUSTING LEVEL OF SERVICE

3 weeks later and i'm still waiting for my couch which i was promised to have received by now. Never in my life have i seen such incompetency. The sales consultant by name of Elivira has literally proven to me that ROCHESTER MIDRAND values no customer and in actual fact deserves to be shutdown, i consistently need to be harassing for feedback no call, no email nothing whatsoever ! ALL i keep getting is excuses about the deliver's not being to deliver like this is any of my business!
