Rochester Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg won't refund my money

Bought an Urban plasma unit and Urban coffee table 02 February 2019 with the assistance of Joane saleslady, in four months the coffee table cracked in front of me and it took their warehouse 2 months collect it. Fast foward I was offered to take another coffee table which I refused because of POOR QUALITY I opted for a refund. Then I was told by the branch manager that I can't get a refund since it was a loan purchase, silly me I settled the loan with the hope that it will fast track my repayment. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post and it's August 2020 no refund. The store has no paper work proving that the coffee table was collected by their warehouse, even called the warehouse they are useless and unprofessional. IT'S A NIGHTMARE
