Rochester is holding on to my and hundreds other women's refunds . We flocked to the site upon being advised of a sale only to be advised days later that the orders were overwhelming..Okay..so why not do reversals?? of course you will not do that because whilst hundreds of thousands of the collective money collected sits in your account it generates interest income whilst you take us from pillar to post . Sameer Fakir is so dull and ***********, i had to make her aware that my ID contains both my names so how come the refund is rejected because there's one name on the purchase order?? I will continue to discourage the 800K members on our stockpile group to stay away from your store until you respect us and our hard earned money in such hard times .
