Received 3 times the wrong seats for the same couch set purchased cash in June 2022. Now not even a month the mechanism of the single recliner get stuck when lowering same. The foot rest does not close properly. Raising my complaint with Branch Manager Kenneth and sales lady Nandipha and sending video footage of the damaged chair on Saturday 3 July 2022 they only lodge the complaint today after I enquired the result. Poor quality, bad after sales service and despatch warehouse packing skills shocking.
