ROCHESTER MALL@CARNIVAL Useless service, useless feedback. *********** staff with no care or interest in the customer. Lies about when order will be ready, the sales Rep David should be in another department as he is absolutely useless and a total let down to the company. Make empty promises that is not kept to, has an excuse and story for everything. Really!!! This is appalling and your branch should be closed!!! I hope Head Office and JDG sees this!!!
