Rochester low quality sagging couch

I am sitting on the wooden frame of cheap low standard high price Rochester couch from Clearwater Mall that started sagging within 3 months of purchase. ENDLESS battle over 8 months with Clearwater Mall branch to have it replaced. I eventually gave up on the issue. They are selling **** quality at inflated prices!! So disgusted.
