Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!!!! If I could use another word I would. I bought a full couch set and opted for delivery as this was supposed to be a surprise for my mother. We were promised same day delivery, however this was not the case. 4 Hours passed, nothing. 6 Hours passed, still nothing. We called multiple times and each time the story changed. It is nou 8 pm and stillnothing, just empty promises and a massive 30K potential ****.
