Rochester jetpark warehouse bad service

Bad service ever. Its my second ti.e im buying from Rochester and im so disappointed in their lack of customer service. I wish i read the reviews before my purchase i would have taken my money somewhere else. I purchased my couches with them online and paid for delivery as well; recieved an sms of delivery on Wednesday 8th November i called to reschedule the delivery to friday 10th and explained that i am working out of town and will make arrangement that i will be there on the day of delivery. I recieved a call around 7:40am which i missed called back at 8:00am and im told i missed the delivery as i didnt answer my call . I explained to them that i need delivery to be done on the day as i wont be available, the supervisor Lincan from jetpark warrhouse said they will make a plan for their driver Buthelezi to come deliver. I waited at home the whole day no communication at all, i tried to call them and my calls were ignored. Seem like Rochester does not care about service delivery anymore. I need to know how do i cancel my order with them
