Rochester is the worst company ever!!!!
The absolute worst, disgusting company I’ve ever seen. From purchasing the order, to them losing track of my money, to finally delivering the couches I purchased. Only to realise it was the wrong set and they missed the piece. I’m absolutely frustrated and disgusting with this company. For it to be known as a reputable big company only to get the worst service. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I should’ve actually followed the reviews and not purchased from this place.

29 Jul 2024, 14:18How cruel can a business be to ignore their customers? I’ve been up and down trying to get a response and feedback from them regarding my incorrect order that they have delivered. I am so shocked and disgusted by this company. Words can’t express my frustration towards them. Their service and feedback are pathetic. They ignore customers requests. Claim to get back to them and never does. I am definitely taking this company up , they are utterly disgusting
