Rochester is simply useless

Simply the worst customer service I have ever experience. Damaged goods delivered in Delivered and still waiting for my compliant to be responded too. It was logged after a month and half and I am still waiting for someone to call me. Was promised the earth by the so called head of online sales, but no responses. Have called and emailed multiple times and no feedback action from anyone. How do you expect customer loyalty with this terrible service?
