Rochester is pathetic

Pathetic service from Rochester in Menlyn, 2 weeks after paying for good, have not recied any goods or reasonable excuse as to why I have not recied the goods I payed for. I was told by the store that I need to contact Headoffice or the warehouse to find out the issue. Your staff are paid a salary, why should I do there job. And then eventually told by customer care that they cannot assist and I should contact the store to enquire about a refund.
