Rochester is full of empty promises.

I order and paid for a leather lounge suite from Rochester Furniture Canal Walk on 14 January 2022. I was told 6 to 8 weeks delivery. In February I was told 15 to 25 March. After numerous phone calls we are now on 12 April 2022. They keep on promising to follow up. Nothing?
