Rochester is a sham

Hello everyone; I bought a leather couch unit at Rochester in 2018 around April/May, this couch started peeling sometime early this year, but due to the format of this year (COVID-19 and all); I only reported the couch now; I was informed that they cannot do anything about it as it out of the two year warranty period and that I do not have an extended warranty. My question to them was that do all they couches peel in 2 years? And I was given the response that they usually take upto 5 years.

This Rochester is just another shoddy **** furniture selling store masked as a high end quality furnisher store. BE CAREFUL
