Rochester is a ****!!

Rochester is a **** guys. Don't buy anything there especially online store. 5 months later i still don't have the bed i purchased and my money not returned to me and no one is assisting besides getting auto response emails saying 'they acknowledge your email and they will get back to soon" and a follow up email asking if you have been assisted without any assistance being offered like really? When you say no you get another email saying they will escalate and give you feedback. To date no help at all, as for their contact lines there's no one there also except the auto response again to leave you details and they will contact you back and guess what that hasn't never happened as well.
