Rochester is a nightmare!

My experience with Rochester was horrific to say the least. Placed an order and upon delivery the goods were damaged. I was notified that a re-delivery would be made in a weeks time, after 2 weeks nothing was delivered. I tried to call the customer care centre who could not even located the order. To date, no order has been delivered and now Rochester says they have no capacity to deliver my order! (Whatever that means). Facilitating a refund on its own is close to a mission impossible. Yoooo!
