Rochester is a ******* furniture store...Do not buy from them

I bought a couch from Rochester last year end April.Ever since i bought the couch bit has been making funny squeaky noises,the couch has been taken in 4 times for repairs and I'm still experiencing the same problem,this is not acceptable I spent so much money on this couch and I don't think this is acceptable
