Rochester is a disappointment, I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this company.

In October, I bought couches after being delivered I notic3e that there were damaged and they second hand. I reported it and there were collected and promised refund after 7 working days. All the supporting documents were submitted on the 2nd December 2019. No feedback, even after sending emails of follow up, no response. This is redicoulus that I have to go Social media in order to get my refund. I hope to get my money with interest.
