Rochester ineffective

I bought a tv stand at Rochester rustenburg and after two months it started peeling off . They collected it in June 2017 and up to now I have not had my refund. The reason given today by Jaco Hercules is that the person who deals with refunds is on leave and has been since last month and no one in the company can do a refund. I called the head office now spoke to Ayanda who diverted my call to an unswerving machine twice. Now when I call my calls are rejected.Please this is a big company which has ineffective head office and no correspondence to its so called customers maybe they are looking at my color .
